To create a new court booking first login, then click on the start time and court to bring up the booking dialogue and then fill in:-

• The end time (defaults to 30mins).
• The court (for both courts select “complete”).
• The description e.g. vets, mens friendly doubles, ladies …….
• For matches, club events and coaching:
  • Fill in the short name to the event type e.g. match, club, coach (this is the name that appears on the booking chart).
  • Set the colour according to the guide below.
  • Fill in the description.
  • Booking managers can also set the “interval” for repeated bookings for things like club sessions.
• Users will receive an email confirmation of the booking.
• Users can edit and delete their own bookings only (note if a booking is edited you will not recieve another email confirmation)
• Hovering over an existing booking displays the booker’s name and description of the booking.
