Martin Webster and Pete Dymond win RBA Pairs final

The RBA Pairs Final which was recently held at Rugby Rail Bowls Club between Martin Webster and Pete Dymond (Grange Bowls Club) against Howard Wilkins and Tony Mosteckyj (Oakfield Bowls Club).

It was a really interesting game of two halves as Oakfield started extremely well and built up a 23-4 lead after just 9 ends of the 18 end final scoring a hot shot 8 on the 9th end.

However, the tables turned in the second half of the match and the Grange bowlers started a comeback and managed to level the score 28-28 after 17 ends and then went on to get 2 shots on the last end to win the title 30-28.

Apparently, it is the largest comeback ever seen in the history of the RBA competition and one that goes down in history.
